pretty sure with HxH they only skipped recap episodes, which are not true filler as they don't add non canonical info. I mean a recap episode may not may not be official, but it's not filler in the sense as it's noncanonical info. I mean arguing that recaps are the same as filler is merely a semantics argument at best but more likely being petty.
