"Since he's hair drops that means the quirks work again" not really it's more when he blinks but also his hair classic anime style where some attribute of the character becomes flashy when they use their power may it be knowledge or strenght or a combo of both

2020-06-02 21:05:49 +0000 UTCSince this season mostly focused on Izuku, this feels like the first time we've gotten an extended look at a lot of the class's Quriks. And I think one of the cooler ones is Momo's "Creation" Quirk. Since she has to know the structure of the objects she makes, obviously she's pretty smart. But even if there's something she doesn't know, she has a backup plan: Attached to her belt is actually a reference book she can use if she ever needs to look up the structure of something. Just thought that was always a cool detail of her costume. (Although, I don't think she's ever actually been shown using it on screen so far).
