It is kinda weird. My German legal version seems to be a bit faster- I do not know if my version is too fast, or your English version is too slow. Something is off. I have to sync up every few minutes.

There was fast flashbacks in earlier episodes referring to this, like episode 2 Mikasa remembered her parents and in episode 4 Eren was training with the wooden training knife, there was fast flashback to him holding the real knife to what we saw in this episode.

Fun fact: Franz, the guy that Hannah (the red head girl) was trying to revive, was eaten by a titan from the waist down, that's why you didn't see the legs, Anthony, it was just his torso. But since Hannah loved him, she was in denial and kept trying to revive him even tho he was obviously gone, as Armin was trying to explain to her
