This is definitely one of my favorite shows of all time and I'm glad you two got to experience it. Showrunner, producer, writer and director of this show announced that there will be a Season 2. Only it will be entitled The Haunting Of Bly Manor. Some of the cast of Hill House will be returning to play different characters. Season 2 will be a completely different story and is based on the novella The Turning Of The Screw by Henry James (also slightly based on a scattering of other Henry James stories, but mainly Turning Of The Screw). The actors who played Nell and Luke are returning for sure.
