I haven't heard that about this season but I don't seek out too much general fan discussion about the show. I enjoyed it. We got 6 more seasons at least, so I'd suggest to anyone to strap in and accept they're going to go different places and try things to keep it interesting and it's not always going to work for everyone. Better to accept it and take it for what it is than become bitter about it like those Game of Thrones people.

2020-08-23 06:12:23 +0000 UTCSadly, the first half of this season is generally regarded as the worst. This episode is my favorite of the first half, which isn't saying much. The 4th season picks up a lot on the second half but I have to say nothing has topped season 3 for me.

2020-08-23 01:07:38 +0000 UTCSo at the end part with Jerry and Rick (if y'all didn't check already). Akira was a movie made in the late 80s and is regarded as a Classic. Morty is being compared to a character in Akira. It's a really great film, but it can get pretty graphic. In my opinion it paved a way for the more "mature" anime we have now. I still would recommend everyone see it at least once in their life.
