Tory is the real Hero, Sam is the Villain... and Miguel is the damsel in distress.
....but while they're distracted, Assface will become the next All-Valley Champion!

You guys should probably watch Karate Kid 3 again as there will be more tie-ins with that. Especially with Kreese's backstory going on right now.

The Miguel/Tory confrontation... I don't think Miguel was with her as intentional revenge or distraction from Sam either, but the fact that he now says the relationship was only real, had zero reply to the mention of kissing Sam, and the utter swiftness of the change of subject (to her taking the fight too far and being misguided overall) was just bad writing. Clearly, the writers needed to lionize Miguel and Sam, and solidify Tory's villainry/manipulation by Kreese. They could've handled it better, or at all, really. That's why Kasey was left wondering why Tory wasn't more mad at Miguel. It would stress a point they don't want the fans to be on about. Overall, Miguel's rationale, or complete lack thereof, in regards to Tory having any reason whatsoever for her ultimate action, was - "Hey, I'm in a wheelchair NOW... so.. no, you didn't see me doing anything wrong back then, and now onto you being totally crazy, due in part to Kreese."

That guy Hawk beat up is Brucks, and he was there since the first episode. He's the big guy, he just has longer hair now. Even in the flashback in this episode they showed him bullying Hawk.
