All-Might's forced retirement due to that All for One fight pretty much saved Endeavor from himself. The moment he showed up to help was the first sign of remorse for his character.

I have always liked this one thing that this person that I can’t remember who it was so I can’t give credit had said about endeavor he was so obsessed with trying to be number one and that nothing else matters but when he did finally become number he looked back on all the people he hurt and he is trying to change that I always give people who try to change my full belief in them these past two episodes are the reason why endeavor is one of my favorite characters because he is so complicated and he paints a picture on why people should believe in people who are trying to change cause if there is nobody there to believe them or to help them then they will just go back to the person they were before.

Redemption

I didn't think it needed saving but we did have quite a more relatively boring season this time around compared to the others but people also forget that this is a school shonen meaning we need time around school and our student characters. I honestly only had two main problems with this season. The first being that the todoroki and bakugo mini arc was placed right beside the school festival arc. Since these two arcs were placed together it made season 4 feel dragged out in a certain way or it made it feel like nothing necessary was happening for the most part of the season because nothing big was going down. I personally loved gentle and la brava and I feel like they were also kind of screwed over because of how this season went which leads me into my other problem with this season. The direction of the season felt messed up. I heard the original director was mainly placed on the heroes rising movie and coordinating that. I feel like it makes sense when you think about how majority of the season feels a bit off until we get to the later episodes. They shouldn't have placed so much priority on the movie while making season 4 as well. The original director was replaced with someone else and that director clearly didn't have the same outlook on the series that the OG director has had in these past 3 seasons. It really shows when these last 3 episodes premiere that I think at this point they finally take priority into making season 4 actually end off on a good note and the OG director seems to have officially returned around this time. While I think this season could have turned out a lot worse because of the decision to make such a big movie at the same time I feel like this season could have been adapted a lot better. From the looks of season 5 we hopefully won't get the same mistake this time around. It seems like we are getting a very good start based on the trailers we have gotten and even though they are still making a third movie they have probably learned from this past season and are making sure they are doing much better. It makes it even more clear when you see the interview that they had with the producer and how they were making sure season 5 was going to go as smooth as possible. It isn't a video but they have all the questions and answers written down and displayed. I personally still loved a lot of what season 4 had but their were clear missteps taken in the process of making this past season. Hopefully they will make season 5 and a certain special arc coming up in the season the best possible adaptation they can make.

I am glad you guys remembered and referenced that Endeavor was doing the same pose as All Might. Some people missed out on that and didn't make the connection. In a way it is a tribute from endeavor to all might for giving him advice and basically showing a sign a respect to him.
