Fun Fact: As we see in Rogue One, Vader's castle is on Mustafar. He built it there in part because of what happened to him there, to remind himself of the pain he went through to give him more power in the dark side. Also, when they say Mustafar is where Jedi go to die they are referring to the Empire sending surviving Jedi they capture to Vader on Mustafar. As Tarkin said, Mustafar never fails yo break its prisoners.
