For those of us watching as it aired, the Rex appearance was unfortunately spoiled by trailers and convention clips, but it is a very emotional surprise for viewers like you coming from a clone wars s7. Rebels S2 will track the path of mando s2. Each show’s season 1 was about building the world and main characters; season 2 connects with the wider universe. More familiar stuff will pop up in Rebels s2 and you’ll have a ton of fun
