When he referred to doping, he didn't mean like steroids, there is a thing called blood doping which increases the amount of red blood cells in the bloodstream with more red blood cells circulating more oxygen is carried around the body from your lungs to your muscles. It's still illegal in sports to do, but it has been researched for military use since the late 40's. Blood doping is one the types of doping Lance Armstrong did.

The one theyโre fighting now is the cursed spirit representing the forest, Mahito from the last arc is the spirit representing the hate humans have for each other, and Volcano dude that Gojo used as a tutorial represents the fear of earth.

Jujutsu Kaisen movie is called: Jujutsu Kaisen 0. And yes, the movie is 110% percent canon aka apart of the story. It's basically a prequel to S1 of JJK. Volume 0 of the JJK manga volumes. Also, Anthony, ur right on the Demon Slayer Mugen Train Movie. Its the next arc after S1 of Demon Slayer (aka its canon). The MHA movies have very lil canon in both movies (Tbh, the first MHA movie has like 10% canon stuff). The second movie for MHA has the most canon stuff (like 30%) tho compared to the first MHA movie. But yes, it's rare to have anime movies apart of the actual storyline (canon material from the manga). However, studios are starting to make movies canon influenced now for anime. It started to just flow better with the pacing, how the storyline is setup, preparation for the anime, and overall just to up-bring the anime/shows' franchise.
