Tsukki's brother was part of the Karasuno Volleyball Club. However, in his time, the school's a volleyball powerhouse and had a lot of members. Since there's a maximum number of players allowed in a team, other members that didn't make the cut are not allowed in the court. That's why Tsukki's brother was in the cheering section.
