2021-09-22 21:52:32 +0000 UTCWhen Father killed Greed, he drank Greed's essence. so the emotion "greed" went back to Father. And that's why Father was able to re-create Greed using Ling's body. Same with Gluttony, when Gluttony was exhausted, Father absorbed him and later grew Gluttony out from his chest. While Lust was burned to death by Mustang, her essence was completely destroyed. Father cannot re-create Lust because there is no more "lust" left in him.
