There’s one TVA, but when Sylvia killed this Kang, it unleashed all other multiverse Kangs to run wild. That is why the TVA is affected; a Kang has taken over and changed things. Sylvie has unleashed both multiverse AND an infinite bunch of time traveling Kangs, which basically means….X-men, fantastic 4, etc are all possible
