Ed changes his hair from a ponytail to a braid every time he meets Hohenheim. First time was when they met in front of Trisha's grave, this is the second time. It is a cool little detail, glad you noticed. Ed hasn't forgive Hohenheim yet, he doesn't want to have the same hair style as him.
