I've always loved how Kimblee's death is caused by a chimera, who a lot of people probably think of as a minor, exists-to-be-killed character (I know I did, first time). It was just so thoroughly shocking to me. Plus, this means through Heinkel, the chimeras got their revenge on Kimblee's psychopathic ass. Still <3 u tho Kim! Personally, I think if FMAB is good at one thing that I think a lot of people don't notice, it's bringing character arcs to ends that are genuinely surprising, but still make a lot of sense, tonally.
