Remember how in Mandalorian, Season 1, episode 8, the entire covert was destroyed leaving only remnants of Mando armor? Given how badly Gideon’s stormtroopers did against ONE mandalorian, sure seems odd they were able to take out a dozen of them…unless they had a weapon like this Gideon already has a custom Arquiten cruiser, dark troopers, and clone researchers, I am willing to bet he had a leftover one of these.
