well it's only natural to find it creepy, it's something that's unnatural to a normal person. The fact he gains sexual gratification by fighting strong people is highly abnormal, it's somewhat akin to a serial killers gratification through violence though in Hisoka's case it's more refined to specifically combat, which is I guess somewhat high functioning as in he's not just killing civilians.
