Also in the prior episode, the Rebel base on Yavin 4 is the base from A New Hope. This shows we are getting much closer to the original trilogy, and Phoenix Squadron is becoming part of the main rebellion, as we knew it

2021-08-13 06:10:30 +0000 UTCI don’t know if you guys remember much of Rogue One but this episode had a lot of references to it. We are of course reaching closer and closer to it on the time line so , it makes sense of Saw starting to become more interested in the Death Star. Not to mention we see Saws pilot who was in Rogue one and the death troopers who are usually used for high priority missions. And we get the moon Jedha named dropped here which is the first place where they test the Death Star on. And they also name drop Director Krennic who was the main person in charge of the Death Star. And yes the empire uses Kyber crystals for the weapon.
