Its important to understand what makes "wrath" (king bradley) different from the others. When father injected him with souls/his wrath. They didnt all stay within his body like the others. Every soul within bradley fought until only one soul remained. Basically a giant battle royale happened within him and only the most powerful soul remained. Since he only has one soul within his body, This is why bradley ages but the others do not. Its also why he cannot regenerate beyond what the best healthy human can regenerate. Id say he is as strong/agile as the strongest human could be. So in summary Bradleys body cant contain more than one soul because his wrathful nature wont allow it. Also bradley would be MEGA OP if he had 50+ souls in him and could regenerate like greed/the others until he ran out of soul juice/extra lives. Additionally I think you half forgot in a previous episode that hoenheim did say that "i have a plan in case it happens but id rather prevent it from happening in the first place". And also even further back in the series hoenheim did say "fighting was never my strong point". His master was an academic, he wasnt trained in combat by izumi curtis. The best he can do is fantastic alchemy, but he lacks actual dexterity it seems and doesnt ever seem to use it the way ed and al do in battle. I think casie noted how everyone fights like their master, and you can really see their different unique fighting styles. It really really adds depth to these well written characters. I think this is what makes FMAB so much better than most other anime. Each character stands on their own. They arent props who exist just for the purpose of the main character.
