obviously this is a year old, but basically when he had eri on his back, he was using like raw 100%, basically the full power of OFA charged into his physical body. With his new quirks, he can combine them in a way so he's only using up to about 40% of OFA in terms of EXERTION, but with the physical effectiveness of "raw 100%" or "allmight 100%". Deku refers to this as "faux 100%", essentially his way to replicate allmight's strength using the combined quirks within one for all

2024-04-24 05:40:47 +0000 UTCI don't know if anybody said this elsewhere, or if you get it later in the video, I'm not that far in atm, but when Deku said he was operating comparable to All Might at his prime, he means that with Fa Jin and 45% and the other quriks, he can get up to the power All Might had at his prime. When he can use 100% and all the other Quriks at once, he will be so much stronger than All Might ever was.
