Definitely my favorite Bleach Arc, getting introduced to everyone's abilities for the first time was great. I only wish Ichigo had less deus ex machina helping him win fights and more thinking outside the box to defeat a superior foe.

Fight with Ikkaku, Renji, Kenpachi and the revelation of Bankai and it being potentially 10x power boost. Imo this arc is some of the best anime has to offer and it's always great seeing it again

2023-04-24 09:13:54 +0000 UTCYea seasons back then were much different, and when you are talking about long shounen's like One Piece, Naruto, Bleach its better to say "Arc" since its official term, season's are more about actual winter,spring,summer,autumn anime season's and when the series is cut out until next "season" start, there are no really "season's" in Bleach. 2023-04-24 00:52:18 +0000 UTCFor a lot of older and longer anime like Bleach, "season" is actually not to be taken the same way that a "season" for other anime like Demon Slayer stands for. I don't understand it much myself though.
