i know you reacted to this like a year ago but just FYI in case you don't know yet, he didn't make the heavenly pact with the purple caterpillar thing. A heavenly pact is a pact with nobody - basically a pact with the universe that you have at birth. Mechamaru is the most notable other sorcerer with a heavenly pact. Maki has a similar pact to toji but while her cursed energy is reduced and she can't manipulate it in exchanged for improved physical prowess, Toji is like the extreme, 0 cursed energy, max physical prowess. Even regular people have some amount of cursed energy, but Toji has none
