No spoiler, just clarifying. When Saber and Lancer talked in their first fight about Lancer's enchanted mole, they were serious; it actually is a magical mole that can enchant women and Lancer has no control over it, which is why he had a look of disappointment when he realized Kayneth's wife also fell in love with him; it's at least heavily implied that that's most likely why she liked him so much. Kirei can survive the bullets because his clothes are reinforced with magic or made of special material, or a mix of both (can't remember which), according to the novels.
