Rest are just underlings of those top 10. We are currently in like pre-arc of the biggest arc in Bleach that will last for long long time. There will be Filler main antagonist character in next two episodes mentioned in retrospection don't pay attention to him it will be last times we see filler stuff.

In fact the first time Ichigo fights Renji in Soul Society, Renji mentions the limiter and he says that he is 5X stronger than in the Living World. Also want to mention, Ikakku was not limited because he is only 3rd seat not a Lieutenant, which is why he was able to go all out and take care of his Arrancar. I know you've already noticed, but everything related to Hollows is in Spanish(except their names) and the Spanish themed OST is :fire:

2023-08-14 01:23:32 +0000 UTCYou're either misreading the subtitles or the version you're watching had a mistake. But Gentei Kaijo doesn't give Soul Reapers an extra 20 percent. It limits their strength to only 20 percent. So releasing it gives them an extra 80 percent. They were holding back by a lot. It kinda sounds like you forgot even Soul Reapers say different commands and names when they release their Zanpakuto. It's the same for why the Arrancar say different phrases and names when releasing their own Zanpakuto.
