However, you can expect all of our regular Patreon shows to be posted by Sunday. (Jujutsu Kaisen, Firefly, Fate/Zero, Bleach)

Yeah.. I just hope people can be more nicer when making request here. I mean people loving 8 episodes of one piece live action doesn’t mean they need to react to 1000+ episode of anime immediately

But yeah I agree, they would have to have a way to cut out the 5-10 minutes of fluff each episode has. Everyone gets scared off by the "1000 episodes" (me included before), but realistically they're only like 15 minute episodes with opening+recap+ending. Ideally if I were them I'd do at least 3 episodes per upload because that's around 45 minutes real time. I think it'd be alright to have everyone re-sync each episode after skipping past fluff, they'd just have to show where they're starting from. Don't even need to countdown or anything as we can do that on our end. All that being said, you are right about the pacing. It's going to be very slow compared to the modern anime they've been watching. But there's a reason everyone considers it the king despite that. I think it'd be worth it for sure, they just have to understand that going in

2023-09-08 20:56:19 +0000 UTCI read both manga and watched anime of One Piece, im currently catching up last 100 eps of anime, and the quality of animations went WAY UP, there are definitely moments/arcs worth watching in anime, but i can't imagine myself watching it without skipping all the openings/retrospections and other crap, sometimes i watch 4-5 eps out of 10 because rest were only 1-2min of manga content at the start/end and rest was a retrospection. I still think anime gives you the "Journey/Adventure" feelings way better off than Manga. But overall yes, if they start watching one piece, and im subbing this channel since they started watching anime death note/mha, they will not like a lot of the parts with its pacing, Bleach have the fastest pacing out of big three and they still had couple "argues" about it, imagine them in One Piece with worst pacing out of all three. If they skip all crap which is sometimes 5-10min of episode not based on Manga, then maybe with more than 2 eps a week, otherwise nah. As much as i want to see One Piece i hardly see them committing that much.
