2023-10-02 01:14:29 +0000 UTCI recently caught up anime, i was watching quite a lot, i really liked everything up to the point until the main "war" started but after that, half of the "combat" and scenes were meaningless and could be easily cut out, pacing was terrible in second half. Luffy fought like x6 times, cuz its once piece of course half of the people had moment of "dying" but they actually didn't, etc there is a lot of flaws in anime. One Piece is still my favourite in big trio, but each of those series had some major flaws also and don't pretend like it didn't and its perfect, there are short series 12-24 episodes that are like that but not big long ass shounens. I also don't fully agree with the "storyline" there isn't anything unique or major about One Piece storyline its the adventure/characters and world that are amazing. Bleach isn't far apart in terms of storyline. If you want great storyline go watch Mushishi or Death Note/Monster etc.

A lot of people were fighting and there was a heap of plot points built up over the last 10 years all converging at once to be payed off, and minus some slow moments, it was amazing. It wasn't just epic, a lot of tears were shed throughout as well. To put it in perspective, if the 62 episodes it lasted for were condensed into 1 hour long episodes like a Netflix show, the main part of the war lasted 20 episodes. Watching weekly certainly sucks but if you're binging/catching up the pacing would be a minor issue when you're getting so many incredible moments

2023-09-25 05:25:06 +0000 UTCBtw fun fact no spoilers, in One Piece big fight just ended, it lasted over 1,5 year in week-week anime watch, i think they announced it as the longest in history (in that aspect). Ended recently on ep 1075. Bleach have really good pacing compared trust me xD

2023-09-25 03:27:13 +0000 UTCThere are reasons for Ichigo father spiritual pressure etc, a lot of important questions and answers will need to wait quite a while to be answered. Also while some episodes might be mid-boring, while we were watching it back then, week to week with people talking and making early memes about any stuff happening, it was also different experience, but shit show will hit and some point in this arc too. For me its worth recommending Bleach for the sake of the newest arc and two seasons and what they done there, its great. Thanks for up.

Granted that was a long time ago, but Tatsuki was Ichigo's best friend before his mother died and she was the only one at school who knew of the family anniversary trip that Ichigo and family go on every year to her grave. Tatsuki is not the lesbian classmate that is always trying to get with Orihime, that's the girl with the classes. Tatsuki is just Orihime's best friend.
