Bleach has SOOO much recap I'm surprised a couple of these episodes weren't just considered filler and you just learn about the important bits in the recap. As others have said though, it does start to pick up real soon, maybe a couple weeks until it's fully back on track, but definitely starts getting better with the next episode, iirc.
