Well, for those who don't know, a character in this series is able to use mind control, and the sign that someone has been mind controlled is having stars in their eyes. Who? Well, we will meet them soon... or you could just Google it, I guess!

This is lovely and dark. You're a genius. People don't play around with Misaka and Kuroko nearly enough. Especially considering how much mind-control already exists in the setting.
