That was Kyoraku Shikai not Bankai, he can't use his Bankai just like that. 287 is a filler and 292 will have a new banger Opening. (im gonna remind it). For me Harribel was most meh out of top 4, her design was good but that's it, Ulquiorra, Stark, Grimmjow are best espada imo. Remember Aizen took top 3 but, top 4 was actual Vasto Lordes before they became arrancar. Rest kinda evolved, at least 5 and 6. "how is even Aizen that strong" - there is many reasons but mainly right now, is hongyoku that evolve him constantly to make him stronger
