Some others I would recommend: -PC Principals first episode ( season 19 ep1 ) -The Losing Edge (great Randy episode, season 9 ep5) -Spontaneous Combustion (season 3 ep2) -Super Fun Time (Season 12 episode 7) a hilarious one with the kids going on a field trip -One of the best Cartman episodes is arguably The last of the Meheecans season 15 episode 9.. various escapades and hilarity ad cartman joines the border patrol.... -Another great pretty new Randy heavy episode is Japanese Toilet, season 26 episode 3. has great recent jokes as well. some very funny drawn out scenes.
