In my partying days the party just began and kept going for however long it lasted whether that was midnight or 8am the next day. Depending on the occasion for the party maybe we’d meet the next morning somewhere for breakfast. Keep in mind, I’m 72 years old and American. I’ll have to ask some of my younger friends here.

I was at a Pride party for ten hours this past weekend, and when that was over, one of my friends suggested we go to a bar. I wanted nothing to do with it. Ten hours at a party in one day is more than enough for me!

Granted, I’ve been out of the Loop for quite a while but are After Parties a UK/ European thing? I don’t think that I’ve heard the term here in the US but I haven’t done much serious partying for some time. Maybe it’s a generational thing and I didn’t get the memo. Josh, I like the way you think. I’d go with partying into the night and then have Breakfast or Brunch.
