Or was it only the battleship that shared aura? Edit 2 re-read looks like battleship only but Jake was unconscious, so the question still remains do the Arc have a bloodline semblance?

Looks like the fanus are still in the game with 5 sages left, still this feels like how a black kitty cat going to be introduced. Frankly it also sounds like the sages are adrift from the local population that the bunnies came from.
