This simple outline trick will make your art pop

When I applied a simple outline to the flower it didn't look quite right. It looked too noisy.
I wanted to recreate the look from this artwork, where the outer outline looks stronger than the inner lineart. 👇
So I added 2 lineart modifiers to the same object to have different line weights.
I added a thicker outline on the outside using the Silhouette edge type.
And a thinner outline on the inside using the Silhouette edge type but inverted. ↔️
And when I combined them it looked like this.👇 Different line weights add so much depth to the artwork.
So remember to vary your line thickness to make your artwork more interesting.
