MARY & GEORGE E4 - UNCUT

Comments

Just rewatched this reaction again in anticipation. You guys are the perfect company to watch these with. I loved your reaction to james saying 'quiet, c*nt'

Rachael

Only half way through the reaction but had to ask - what is this incredible fan you’re using… future merch?! 👀 🪭 🌈

Sarah Vallance (Accessible Yoga with Sarah)

At last the empowering gays throughout history are coming out! Literally, lol

Gina Lipkin

We are all getting more connected in knowledge, history, the worlds people xx

Gina Lipkin

Villiers brothers in order: oldest = John, middle = George, youngest = Kit Also, I heard you mention "Fringe," and I'm guessing you mean the Edinburgh Fringe Festival? Fun fact: Nick participated in the festival just out of school in hopes of impressing a girl he fancied. He was in a play where he portrayed the gay lover of his best friend at the time. He got scouted by the Curtis Brown talent agency, which led to him landing his first role in The Beat Beneath My Feet opposite the late Luke Perry. That movie came out a decade ago.

Dawn Johnson

Me too. Rewatched that scene a bunch too!

Dawn Johnson

I watched that strangling scene 5 times just to see your reactions!! 🤣🤣 Alex- "what da fuck?! what da fuck?!" **Drops fan** Honestly I lost it! ❤️ I'm loving this series, the brutal language is hilarious and keeps us on our toes!! 🙃 Absolutely brilliant guys!👏 I love the time and effort you put into each video! You should be very proud of the safe space you've created! Thank you for your little piece of happiness that you've sprinkled into the world!! Much love from another Australian fan ❤️ 🥳

Nikki Hearn

Fabulous reaction to a very interesting episode. I am, however definitely team Minks tonight. Josh, you were being extraordinarily naughty! I'm m so here for it though....🤣🤣🤣

Jacqueline Hahn

Just when you think this show couldn't possibly get more crazy, more saucy, more everything, it says, hold my beer, lads. Lol Everything about this show is amazing. I love it!

Chris Metzger

I am making this latest reaction video my gift for getting my work done. It's tough, but I know I can do it. See you later. Update: I didn't last. I didn't finish my work like I planned and rushed over here to watch your reaction. The first three episodes were directed by Oliver Hermanus, executive director, so if this episode has a different feel as the pace shifts, that might be the reason. Though, that shot at the opening of James and George in bed looked like a work of art to me. Galitzine is a lovely human and wonderful actor, as are Curran and Moore. The cast is spectacular.

Dawn Johnson

I’m really enjoying the whole series. I am not sure if anyone has mentioned James’ sometimes unusual behavior. Although we do not know the particulars, so professionals think James was on the mild end of the spectrum, meaning he was a little autistic. That would account for some unusual social behaviors. He also was thought to have an illness that caused more agitation such as picking his skin and biting. Autism would have done the same.

Every time I watch this show, I get angrier that none of this was taught in school, for obvious reasons. It would've been nice to know when I was struggling with things lol. I got bit once like George but on the shoulder and no blood was drawn and permission was given (and I had a tetenus shot). It was okay. Not my favoprite but I'll try anything once!

Jamie

Such a fun reaction guys! And I agree, I loved all the changes in pace/dynamics that this ep brought. Nick and Tony were sooo great

alice

The heart was buried in the hills above Edinburgh because that was home to King James' lover. The entire purpose of the trip was to bring him home

Johanna Nel

the James and George relationship will always be difficult because they are both in ways using each other, the longer it goes on it's more and more going to be George using him. But there is this real genuine love that does exist between them even during all that manipulation and struggle for power (Tony and Nicholas are doing an amazing job portraying it).

Wearing hats can increase the risk of hair-loss, but it's not because your scalp doesn't get enough air (sun is actually bad for your scalp, so do wear a hat if you'll be out in the sunlight!). The reason it can create hair thinning is called "tension alopecia". Hats put pressure on hair follicles, which can strain them. But you have to be predisposed to the condition, and/or are using certain hair styles constantly that also cause follicle tension to get it. It takes a very long time to create permanent damage though. I can't believe you didn't immediately distrust Peter. He's related to Somerset! No matter how attracted I was to someone (and mad I was at my partner), I never would've slept with someone knowing they were related to a person I helped imprison. Not to mention, all the King's talk of "loyalty" of late. I would've been like, "This dude could be a plant to see if I'll cheat." Naw, bitch. Too many reasons to say no.

Mandi Mateer

Exactly! 👀

Honestly, this show is engaging just on its own, but then watching it with you is a whole different level 😃 Love the fan, too! 😁

Werlock Holmes

oh yeah i have! love every second of it. I need more haha

rachael

Omg, a lot to unpack, lots of changes, re-navigating, relationships exploding, having fun following the series with you 💞

Gina Lipkin

I think this episode shows us that George is very much out of his depth now that he’s in this new position next to the king. He prepared for being the king’s lover, but not for navigating the politics of court (particularly in two different countries). He’s also been very dependent on his mother to tell him what to do and how to do it, so anytime he makes decisions on his own, he fumbles. But by the end of the episode, we start to see him moving away from the whiny boy he was in E1 to someone who is starting to see the bigger picture and learning how to play the game alongside his mother. Let’s see how he handles his newfound power as it continues to grow 😏

Charlie

Have you seen any of the interviews Curran and Galatzine do together? They are fun together IRL.

Bananies

I just saw the bite. Did they have a way to prevent tetanus back then? I doubt they had shots cuz I don’t think syringes were developed until later.

Bananies

This episode was incredible!!! also Nick and Tony together are just magic. They have so much chemistry, whether it is intimate or argument. I love this cast! and of course julianne is wonderful as always

rachael

Such a great episode 🩵love to see King James and George get closer to each other and their relationship is getting stronger and better 🥹it’s kind of touching in that moment ❤️ btw Nicholas Galitzine This man has no business being this attractive handsome and sexy 😩 Like I keep getting distracted by his beauty omg

Ljaljui Galuljigulj

The moody King makes me think of Moody Blackbeard

Diane Furlong

Alex What Does Your Fan Say?!!! Is this some wishful Foreshadowing? 🪭😉

Diane Furlong

We got an extremely unwanted return of winter yesterday so this is perfect to lift my mood! As always, thank you very much 🙏🏻 Wishing you all the best for the coming week ❤️

Stian Kristoffersen
