and stick around for the documentary that we will be reaction to very soon!

p.s sorry about the tinie audio in this one

YOUNG ROYALS S3 FINALE - UNCUT

Comments

Wow, The ending. Can’t watch this episode without crying 😢

Clash

True. I am crying right now, though I’ve seen it about 30 times.

Monti Munchi

Also if you want one person to „hate“ by the end: I am really no fan of Frederika and Stella. They are exhaustingly arrogant and elite. Don’t like them.

Monti Munchi

Meghan and Harry could have still had security because all they gave up was their roles as working royals, and it has been read as a punishment for leaving and speaking out against the institution. Archie and Lily should be reason enough for them to have security.

Suze

“You have got to pull yourself together” sounds like the most English thing ever. ❤️

Jami Smith

Question - Harry and Megan not having security, is it because they’re not entitled to and the monarchy doesn’t care OR could they still have security even if they’re not entitled to, if the monarchy had given the OK? Obviously this is a show and not real life haha but considering that the Queen, although not happy with his decision, seems to be respecting it and she cares and loves him so he may still have some sort of protection. I’m sure there will be people still that hate Simon and in turn might hate Willie because he gave up the throne but it’s not like he destroyed the monarchy, they’ll still have their King who is part of the blood line, he’s straight so he’ll marry a woman and have little heirs of his own. I agree that in a real world situation and heck even in YR world, it wouldn’t be puppy dogs and rainbows, but, if we’re comparing it to Harry and Megan, the differences in the circumstances might make it less crappy? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Laura Ibarra

Sorry to be a downer, but it's very naive to think their problems are solved with Wilhelm giving up the trone. To quote Hunger games "You never get of this train!" Threats to Simon will quite possibly increase due to it and they just ensured that their rights to security has decreased. (God knows I can't stand Harry and Megan, but the fact that their security was cut when he left the royal family is beyond fucked. He has every right to have it. While he is on british soil at least. He was born into that risk and that risk remains. Saying he will only have it if he remains in the royal family is blackmail or coersion or whatever the correct term is) Point is, all the problems Wilhelm and Simon were having will very much still be there, simple as that.

Sandra

Oh gosh! This was wonderful! It almost made saying goodbye to the series a little less sad waiting to watch it all with you again! And I had to seriously laugh at the beginning when you said "what difference is the last 9 min going to make?" All the difference here! One of the things that I absolutely loved was that Wilhelm offered up so freely an apology for August's initiation. Considering he didn't have anything to do with it at all, it was just a really beautiful moment and such a contrast to August who took so long to offer a sincere apology to him. I just remembered Boris' conversation with him earlier saying that being nice can make you feel really good and many times the apology really means more for the person giving it. I was honestly a little sad that Wille gave up the crown prince title, I think he could have been a great King, but it is really what he has been saying since the very first episode, that he wanted a normal life. I think he held onto it for so long because of Erik, and with the shift in his view of Erik, didn't feel he owed it to him as much. It would be interesting to know if August will decide to stay or decide to give it up too. For a show that didn't have the main characters together at the end... although I did not watch it (so it may have turned out differently) but I read it and Call you by my name didn't have them together. I don't think anyway, maybe I should reread it! Anyways, thank you again!

Chelsea

100% and definitely listen to the song again there is call back to s1 ep4 and s2 ep5 and actually if you rewatch the scene by the lake in ep4 of this season you’ll understand a lot of what Wille says to his parents in the car. Remember he tells Simon he learns things from him 😜

Amanda Balser

Yes, that's why I included that August has been disillusioned as to how great being a royal would be. I think he thought initially that it would be strictly amazing, but Nihls and Vincent disabused him of that. I agree it truly sunk in for August when he saw Wille leaving the car. However, I will NEVER be able to see being royalty as someone's "punishment", as you've said. Never, ever, ever. As someone who has lived below the poverty line my entire life, the benefits of that money and power FAR outweigh the downsides. August would literally be moving up a stratosphere to enjoy even more wealth privilege than he has now, all whilst skirting legitimately deserved ACTUAL punishment for his actions.

Mandi Mateer

idk it felt pretty in character for Wille who as we know is impulsive and emotional. he flipped the script in the speech in s2 last minute and he chased down Simon in s3. It just felt like something he would do

veri✨

I really thought I’d be able to get thru it without crying. 🥺😭 So no, just weeping still, even with the stopping to discuss.

Jennifer Cooper

Thanks for sharing this with us. I was expecting (& hoping really 😅) for y'all to be a mess of tears at the end like so many of us were when we first watched it.

Lisa

Find what and who brings you joy and love and embrace it,わ💞💐💕💖👨‍❤️‍👨🌹🌈🌠🥂💒🗺️🎇👑💌🔮🇺🇦

Gina Lipkin

I agree that August did a lot of damage with that video and deserved some serious retribution for it but I think he only thought that he wanted to be Crown Prince and king, he only started to realise that he was in for a life sentence once he saw Wille getting out of the car and running towards Simon, when he realised what that meant. His friends, Vincent and Nils had already said to him that it would be tough, even just being Wille’s back up and now he’s about to discover just what a burden he’s going to carry for the rest of his life. You can see the dismay and the shock in his expression at this point. So, at least in my book, he’s been punished, just not in the way that we might have expected.

Ruth May

Well, I for one absolutely needed that ending, so I am clearly a total sucker for a happy resolution. I think it makes sense too, though. They’re teenagers with big emotional responses and Young Royals is a pretty dramatic show. Just my opinion but it all felt right to me. Actually, Omar said recently that the ending was ‘beautiful’ and he was crying for most of the day filming those final scenes, so if he initially thought they were cheesy, he changed his mind on looking back at them in the context of the whole episode and maybe the show as a whole too.

Ruth May

Please can u watch heartbreak high season 2 next 😊😊 it is soooo good

Grace

More internal sobbing while watching their reaction to Young Royals Forever, I think…😭 Actually, I was sobbing out loud when I watched it the first time…

Ruth May

When watching the documentary, remember to not turn it off too early, let the credits roll a little while before you shut it off.

Susanne

I bawled my eyes out at the ending. Their chemistry and acting - phenomenal! It’s wonderful that it’s Omar Rudberg’s first acting job! I also agree with you both that it would have still been a great ending with them not being together at the end and leaving that open but the happy ending with them being together was cathartic too.

Reem

i feel the same. plus i've waited for this reaction very impatiently, it's like the actual end of this story for me (*sobbing internally*)

karolina tersa

I also wanted to write that 🥰

Frances

i didn't settle for that at all. I was totaly: how can you leave this poor boy in this royal shithole ;( but it also felt very probable and real, while the ending was more like a fast forward to what may come in few months or years, when willhelm figures stuff out in his life. as the convo with a queen was meaningful and powerful - it's not all what it takes to mix out of wille's situation...

karolina tersa

Story Worth Telling since you said you plan to react to documentary you have to let the credits roll just few moments before you shut it off it’ll be worth it I promise

Amanda Balser

Just popped in to say that Brian and Justin from the US Queer as Folk did not have a happy ending. And we hate Marcus!!! Going to miss your reactions to this series. It’s definitely been a big favorite of mine.

Erin Bluhm

Promise when I watched this in 3/18 held my breath for the last like 20 minutes

Amanda Balser

Great reaction as always guys!! I think that is one of, if not the best finales I’ve seen. I love that Wille chose himself!! I’m glad Felice and Sarah are friends again. I think August will be a good leader, even though I do see panic on his face as he sees Wille leaving. I do recommend rewatching the episode. I picked up so much more that I missed the first time. Especially with Wille, like you can see him slowly come to this decision with his facial expressions. The documentary is so good and I think I cried just as much watching that 😂. After seeing it, I watched the finale again and it just hits different knowing all the BTS. Young Royals will forever be be in my 💜

Jera Hanson

I liked it all bar the bs rom com ending. I love the fact they stayed together but did they need the whole run towards the sunset car thing very cliche

indigo

I'm glad you reacted to this! I can't wait to see your thoughts on the documentary. My gaydar for masc people is great, but for my fellow femmes, it is appalling. That's often true of us sapphics, but a lot of that has to do with us generally being clueless about other people being attracted to us, or liking us as more than friends. We seriously sit around and listen to our crushes say, "I wish I had a partner like you," and then proceed to not make a move, because we're sure they just sees us as a friend. It's happened to me soooo many times, and I don't know a single other sapphic who has not experienced the same. I'm so happy to have been wrong about the show not ending with Wilmon as a couple. I still think most people are being very Evan Kelmp about the longevity of their relationship though. I would have been pleased with just Wille abdicating as a conclusion, because that needed to happen regardless of if Wilhelm and Simon finished the show together. Wille would've been miserable in that role, and his character needed to free himself for his own well-being. The only way the finale could've been improved, imo, is if the monarchy was fully dissolved at the end, also denying August the crown. Yes, August has been disillusioned as to how great being actual royalty would be, but, at least to me, it still kind of feels like August is getting rewarded for everything he's done. He literally filmed and disseminated child porn in revenge for someone exposing his financial problems. And he was an adult at the time. At least he didn't end up with Sara (he literally suggested eloping to her!). Sara was totally right in her assessment of their relationship. Omar Rudberg (Simon) has repeatedly said he finds the ending "cringe" and "cheesy", and I'm worried he is making enemies in the fandom who are misunderstanding him. He's received so much online hate already. I really hope the YR fandom doesn't add to it. So many people need shockingly little perceived incentive to be terrible to someone. As for the queer breakups, does Louis slitting Lestat's throat in "Interview with the Vampire" count? Brian and Justin broke up like 4 times in the US "Queer as Folk" (one of the all-time best, sad, and necessary breakups in TV), and like EVERYONE has broken up in "The L-Word".

Mandi Mateer

I am so happy, it was the perfect ending. I loved hearing your reactions to Young Royals, I also like those tee shirts you were both wearing, will have to visit merch website. As a lesbian, I have to say our “gaydar” is 99% accurate. My wife and I make comments to ourselves about our gaydar whenever we see people like us. We love our gay friends, they are kind, fun and such special humans. Love you both🏳️‍🌈❤️

Magical Adorabella

You took the words right out of my mouth! I completely agree with everything you said. Also the look on August’s face when he sees Willie running away, looks like panic to me.

Jera Hanson

Thank you for all the yr reactions, loved them all 💛 I always expected and kind of hoped for a realistic ending, like the lake scene. But then somehow I liked this ending too. Wilhelm hated being in the spot light from the very first scene of S1, so him ”abdicating” makes sense. Thinking about it, I’m sure a few of the real swedish princesses/princes would have done the same if they could 😌

annanas

I'm so glad you guys liked it - I've watched it so many times and cried at the end each time! I couldn't wait for you to see it and you certainly didn't disappoint. Watching this season with you guys was like watching every episode again for the first time - great comentary, as always, keep up the great work!

Lee Stone

Fellow Travelers did too - had multiple ones, although it is different because of a decades-long storyline.

Andrea Kammerer

*Love* for each other

Gina Lipkin

Looking dapper in those t-shirts Boyz, so invested in these characters and their lives for each other is portrayed so realistically, they can feel so proud of themselves. Thankyou for the reactions, x

Gina Lipkin

I love that Josh and Alex had the exact same reaction that I think we all had! We spent an entire episode saying that this was a good thing that the boys aren't going to be together etc. And then, throw that out the window! They are happy and we LIVE for it! Just an amazing end to an amazing show!

Matthew Jones

Exactly! I was so tense watching the finale for the first time…. What I really liked is that the happy end didn‘t feel forced. It felt very organic, it was the logical conclusion of Willes journey. The headwriter Lisa Ambjörn said in an interview that it was clear for her from the beginning that Wille would renounce the crown. But she was not sure for a long time if Wille and Simon would end up together. And of course there are still tons of things left making their relationship hard, after all they are still extreme different people with extreme different backgrounds and upbringings. But at least they have a chance now to really try without having to deal with the rules of the Court. And yes, gaydar exists also for lesbians. I don‘t see why it should be more difficult for lesbians? Of course no gaydar is 100% right, but until now mine worked quite well, I never hit accidentally on a straight woman 😂.

Allinug

For the breakup question, ''Looking'' had a powerful breakup scene at the end of season 1.

anon922

I love how you, like the rest of us, steeled yourself for a "realistic" cynical ending, saying goodbye, bracing for the bittersweetness. And then, when the show just goes "fuck that shit", you immediately jumped on the happy ending train!

Henrik Schröder

Yey so happy for this reaction! And yes 😂 it's a Volvo! and while it is very old there are definitely still quite a few of them on the roads of Sweden 🤣

Joanna

This dropped and I didn’t get my alert can’t wait to see your reaction because this episode was so perfect like there are no words

Amanda Balser

As another former teacher, I completely agree…

Ruth May

Me too, Dennis, me too. And thanks for sharing your insightful comments during all three seasons. ❤️👏🏼

Ruth May

I don’t know if you know this Alex and Josh, but the cast envited 400 fans from all over the world to watched the final episode and the documentary Young Royals forever with them. The cast sat in the audience with the fans. There is a clip on YouTube from that moment where they bring the cast up on stage and interview them about the third season. It is in english and you get to hear many cute moments. Lovely to watch if you like Young Royals 💜💙. https://youtu.be/cSO8Ld7aKNE?si=zO4_edn0T919WbMK

Marstrand

Thoroughly enjoyed rewatching this show with you both. Your commentary insightful and thoughtful. 🤍

Reem

As a former teacher I refuse to endorse the sentiment "Thank god for Ofsted" lol. I got out with only mild trauma but others were not so lucky.

Jacqui Chesterton

that last episode was an emotional rollercoaster but i felt so happy w the ending!! i loved seeing your reactions <333

Noor De Bruyn

Thank you guys so much for doing this series. I did a lot of shouting at you but I love your style and you insights. This show is so perfect but as someone who has directed and cast (plays, not film) I am in awe of the whole production of Young Royals. But most specifically bringing together Edvin and Omar. I can't wait to see what further worlds they both will conquer.

Dennis Verner

Thanks for this ❤️it was a great ending to an amazing show. Cant wait for you to also finish Mary & George but also can’t wait for s2 heartbreak high reaction! 💖

S.h.r

Loved every Young Royals reaction from you two. Thank you, it’s been a ride 😍. By the way Simon sended a text with the song to Wilhelm. It said: here is your birthdaygift, I just finished it. Willes song. 💙 And Josh Wilhelm did apologise in his bed to Simon for behaving as he did on his birthday in the castle. Just wanted to say that. And when you do react to ”Young Royals forever” don’t turn off your computer directly when the names showes up on the screen because there is another scen with Edvin and Omar just after that 💙💜👑.

Marstrand

I do think even if they break up in the future Wille is going to be much happier living a life where he can do what he wants and be with whoever he wants without any added drama or limitations. We’ve seen since s1 that he always wanted that without all the responsibilities and scrutiny being a prince or the crown prince brings. I for one was very proud of him

veri✨

In case it didn't come across correctly: The song that Wilhelm is humming and singing to himself by the lake is "It takes a fool to remain sane" - the song that Simon sang in the church when Wilhelm came to Hillerska . A few more parallels/references to season 1: During the party, an up beat version of "Revolution", the song that plays in the background when Simon picks Wilhelm up from the soccer field, plays. The same version of "Revolution" can be heard in the background as party music as Wilhelm explains to his mother that he doesn't want to be king. When Wilhelm says goodbye to Simon after the graduation ceremony, he says: "I hope you have a nice summer" - a direct reference to Simon's "I hope you have a nice Christmas" from S1 Ep 6. After listening to Simon's song, Wilhelm throws the broken snow globe with the frog prince in the trash - August receives a frog pendant from the queen at the graduation party. A symbol that the Crown Prince passes from Wilhelm to August. In S2 Ep2, Wilhelm explains to Felice that he will take revenge on August in his own way. With his renunciation of the crown, the story has now come full circle: After Nils and Vincent have made it clear to August that the royal life is not really desirable, August realizes that he will probably become king after he sees Wilhelm leaving his parents' car. That's why he looks more or less shocked into the camera...

miniadler

This finale wrecked me. That’s how you end a series! If they end up breaking up, it should be because the relationship didn’t work out. They haven’t had the opportunity to have an actual relationship. Simon is the love of Wille’s life, precisely because they are so young. Wille’s entire life has only been 17 years, thus far. This is his entire life, so Simon, whether temporarily or not, is the current love of Wille’s life, and now he’ll actually live on his own terms. I’ll miss them, but the characters live on.

MuggleMeTrue

You two did good…I was bawling my eyes out 😭. Two things, one, you CAN meet the love of your life at 17 (I did) and two, I agree with Josh, breakup sex is a terrible idea 😂. Absolute perfect ending. Thank you Young Royals for giving us that ♥️

Michelle Barry

As soon as Wille ditched the shattered frog Prince snow globe, I knew that he was going to abdicate as Crown Prince. Knowing that Erik wasn’t the impossibly perfect previous holder of that title was painful for him to accept, but it allowed him to be free of trying to honour Erik’s legacy rather than choosing the life he wanted for himself. I was always completely invested in Wilmon endgame and after he and Simon said goodbye, I was frantically checking the clock and saying to myself, ‘There’s still time!’ but there was definitely a moment when I was wondering if I could keep the faith! For me, this was the perfect ending. Wille making the decision for himself and the montage at the end had me in floods of tears. But, honestly, I cried even more during Young Royals Forever. Seeing how emotional the cast were, especially Edvin and Omar, really brought home just how important the experience of making the series was to them and how powerfully it affected them. I am so looking forward to seeing your reaction to it. Thanks again for all the reactions to this amazing show which has meant so much to me and to so many other people too. ❤️👑❤️

I truly enjoyed this understanding. https://www.tumblr.com/kruemel8/745389475003318272?source=share

Ingrid Machado Pena

I guess Wille will be free of the pressure of the Crown Prince role, plus he Haa learned to communicate effectively with his mother aboit his needs and feelings and she is more receptive. In season one, episode one, he was not able to be taken seriously about his feelings going to a boarding school away from home. He has matured through this school year and probably is more able to negotiate with the Royal Court over his and Simon's lives and relationship. He will probably have more head space now to discuss with Simon ways of dealing with being in the public eye with Wille.

Dionne Lakey

Young Royals unlocked the Analyzer in me it feels like being in Literature class… but my insights are 1) Wille, since the first episode he has not wanted to be a prince at all before he became crown princed, he went to a normal Highschool and wanted a normal life before Hillerska then Erik died and everything fell onto him and he had no choice. Then in S2 he even said he will give up the crown FOR simon but he also just didnt want august to win, but when he finally publicized his relationship he at the end of s2, then his mom breaksdown and more responsibility kept pushed on him.. throughout the season he never had a choice for himself, he wasnt himself we see that in that one ep when Simon asked why he likes the Monarchy Wille said it was not a punishment but a privilege, that line actually was said to Wille by the Queen in S1 when he was saying he didnt wanted to be normal. So he became someone he wasnt… the ending made sense because being prince has not been what he wanted for himself since the very first episode……. 2) August, he has a sad ending, all 3 yrs of his life was to be the “perfect leader” as he said in the letter and throughout the whole season he was just a prick and a perfectionist which caused him mental struggles and eating disorder but he couldnt see that. Sarah, i think brought him freedom, he felt like a nice person, someone that loved him while Simon and Wille hated him. August even suggested to ELOPE with her considering hes a back up for Wille, as if he would give that up just so he can be w her, be w the person that makes him a nicer guy and free-er guy. August, friends also told him that being a royal sucks and you see his face kindof realizing that too. So the ending when August looks at Wille running, he realizes that he will be in the throne, he will be the leader.. but isnt being the leader which he worked hard for what made him suffer? Wille said he thinks Erik didnt like bing prince and emphasizes that the role is the problem and we see how that role similar to being the perfect leader caused August to suffer so Him being king is like a foreshadow, that his role will never end.. I do think August is a better candidate for a king because he has experience in that role, he actually has a sense of responsibility but I dont think he will know what its like to be free anymore.

Abby Ebalo

I really went back and forth with my thoughts on this ending. At first, I loved it. I was happy, and cried tears of joy. Then my brain kicked in, and I thought about what comes next. Will August be able to handle the responsibility. I'm not so sure about that. I don't think he even wants it anymore. How will Wille and Simon handle everything? Simon will be seen as the Wallis Simpson of Sweden, at least to the public. Then, finally, I let my mind forget about all the potential nonsense of the future and just enjoyed the ending for the happiness that it was.

Chris Metzger

I have so many feelings with this episode. I loved, loved, loved Sara and August convo- beautiful. I absolutely loved Simone’s song for Wilhelm. But I was pretty content with them ending and learning from each other so I was a little thrown off by the surprise happy ending. Even if he isn’t the heir he is still the Queen’s son- the idea that press wont follow him or the monarchy wont have an opinion on how they present themselves is absurd. I dont know it solves any problems for them. However, I also love that they got a happy ending

Samm Daugherty

I recommend watching this episode again with the CC English subtitles to see all the soundtrack song lyrics. The lines from the songs really lined up with the final storytelling of this episode.

Dionne Lakey

Well done getting this out on the one month anniversary of the finale and the final goodbye from the YR cast.

Dionne Lakey

How completely wonderful is Young Royals. ❤️👑❤️ The acting, the writing, the cinematography, the music. It’s the best show I’ve ever watched by a long way and one that I can’t imagine ever getting tired of watching, either. I am about to watch your reaction, guys, but I just wanted to stop by beforehand to say thank you for all your reactions to the show, the tears and the laughs over 3 seasons. It’s been a wild ride at times and I am going to miss the series so much and also your reactions to it. 🙏👏🏼

Ruth May

This ending was absolutely perfect. Wille gets to be himself, finally listened to, finally his needs acknowledged by his mum. He NEVER wanted the crown, and has always struggled with being in the spotlight. I think that's how he ended up at Hillerska in the first place. LISTEN to the change in the music when Simon says he never gave up on Wille, just on the royal family! A heartbeat starts...Wille starts living. He starts living HIS life, by his rules. It's such a subtle but powerful thing! Simon gets his man, Sara and Felice get to be the besties they've always been, and August gets his just deserts by getting exactly what he thought he really wanted. I don't doubt he'll be good at being king, but just as he's found himself, faced his fears of being alone, he gets landed with what must be the loneliest bloody job in the world. His face spoke volumes as he saw Wille run towards Simon, and freedom.

Jacqueline Hahn

I think it's very easy to watch Willes decision and think 'oh he's just doing it to be with Simon'. But if you remember all the times he's shown that the 'King life' just isn't him.....he was nervous speaking infront of the class, he told Simon he doesn't know how he 'performs' in front of people, he's always come across quite anxious, he seemed a lot less comfortable than August did schmoozing with people at his birthday charity event thing. Even things like wanting a 'normal' life, going to watch football with Simon. When you look back its so clear that Willes choice to step away from the Crown was all about him. Getting to be with Simon is just a very happy side effect ☺️ 😊 can't wait to see you watch the documentary, I actually think that made me more emotional than the final ep 😂

Louise Poole 🍂

Thank you for sharing this wonderful ride with us ❤️ It was my 3rd time watching the finale and I'm in pieces again. So happy you're gonna react to the documentary as well! That made me cry so much too! Everyone in the little family so sad for it all to end and us viewers sharing the feeling. Feels really fitting for them to film all the sad Hillerska closing down scenes, because they were feeling similarly IRL. And the scene in the woods. Makes me so sad it's over, but can always rewatch... again. And this episode and whole season brought it around perfectly. But man the feels with the song and visiting all the special places and the whole rollercoaster

beacan

Also I can't imagine Simon or his mum being OK with Sara dating August. August also never apologised to Simon, so yeah, he doesn't get to have a relationship with his sister 😆

Dionne Lakey

They still have two years of school and will probably go to different schools so they may have to do long distance (but they had that conversation already at the piano). So there Wille will really learn who he is as an individual.

Dionne Lakey

i love your reaction and this final episode was emotional and beautiful to watch you can tell how much they love each other and the memories that they shaerd together and they both been though so much together and now they can live happy after for the rest of there lifes and be free for now and for ever the acters writers and every one was apart of this beautiful show its was perfect and i cryed in this final episode and they never be forgotten they will be in our lives and in our hearts for now and for ever and there passion there chemistry was so beautiful just love it thankyou for reacting this beautiful show we love you guys and cant waite to see what next

lisa mcarthur

Absolutely one of the best final episodes that left me in tears! Even though some might say the end is a bit corny, it was really earned; we spent so much time with all these characters so their happiness feels deserved. So excited for your reaction❤️

Corrine Glanville

I think on a rewatch of the series you'll see how many times Wille says I want a normal life, I don't want to be Crown Prince, I can be free if August is my back-up. Simon is what guides him to the right language and confidence to have that conversation in the car with his parents. He uses some of Simon's exact words from the skipping-stones-at-the-lake scene.

Dionne Lakey

Best finale I’ve seen in quite some time. Willie had to realize what he wanted in life. Good decision. Great writing. Loved it!

Christy Garrett

definitely agree re "young royals forever"

LM-Entertainment Australia

fun fact.. the lake scene with Wille and Simon .. non of that was scripted, the director and Lisa told them to say what they thought their characters would say in that moment and to just go with the flow with it.. it was all improvised even simon touching wille's hair.... Omar and Edvin did an amazing job with this scene.... you should watch Young Royals Forever documentary (and react to it LOL) it's also on netflix, its all behind the scene stuff it's great.

Emma Williams

I really wanted this to end sad but it was a beautiful ending nonetheless 😂

Hazel

And I’m so thankful for all your wonderful YR reactions! So excited that you will also react to the YR documentary! And so looking forward to all your beautiful content you will create for us 🏳️‍🌈🪭🥰 Love you guys 🫶🏽

Frances

I just now received my ASWT YR t-shirts 💜👑 Perfect timing 🥹🥹🥹

Frances

Great Finale!! Even August came around! It was nice to stop hating him. BTW, nice haircut Alex!

Diane Furlong

9 minutes made so much difference in here! :)

karolina tersa

I was literally watching that when all of a sudden this notification popped up 🥹💜👑

Frances

I can hardly wait to watch your reactions.

Luke

Gotta say I agree with Josh on the breakup sex. Sorry Alex!

beacan

Starting to watch now but it’s been a busy morning. Lots of ASWT news to share today and I have to go to work soon. Thanks for Everything Alex and Josh!

Diane Furlong

Tack så mycket (thanks so much) for all the YR reactions 💜

Martina Lexing

I really love the ending. Wilhelm abdicated so to speak/renounced his title to be with the one he loves and be true to himself; he just did, what he felt was right, and Sara and Felice became friends again. Even if I haven't totally forgiven August for what he did, I think he could be a fine king, when/if he gets himself together; talk to a psycologist about his problems; eating disorder etc and gets it under control. I think the way Sara rejected August was in the nicest most respectful way she could, cause he would be hurt somehow no matter what, I think. But she just as I said earlier might still have some feelings for him, but she wanted more to be on good terms with Felice and Simon and without all the stress put on her, that might come by dating August/a royal, especially after seeing how it affected Wilhelm and Simon.

Tack så mycket, Alex and Josh! 🌈 This has been a beautiful, and, at times, heartbreaking journey. Sad to leave our two Swedish boys, but so thankful for being able to share their story in your company! ❤️☺️
