大変申し訳ないのですが、現在運転免許の本試験合格に向けて絵を描く時間を全て勉強に費やしています。
ですので今回何も提出しないことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
試験に合格次第また以前のように頑張りますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

I am very sorry, but I am currently spending all of my painting time studying to pass the real exam for my driver's license.
I could not submit anything this time. I am very sorry.
As soon as I pass the test, I will try my best again as before.
