Disciplined Tier Compilation

Hey Patrons! (Disciplined tier subscribed, and higher)

I had a request earlier about putting all the Disciplined reward releases together in one pdf file to help with getting caught up on the story. I've gone ahead and done this. Just a quick note...the first few months of my patreon had the Discipline tier not really following a story, but just random situation I put Pecan and Sorbet into. The change over to a more story driven format happens when you see the background turn pink.

Going through it also, please forgive me near the BB segment. One of the problems with releasing a continuing monthly story, is sometimes you can have characters repeating themselves (as BB states multiply times about what she is and why she is here. My bad on that.)
