I think people hesitate about the whole thing because of how they want to keep their fetish a secret to their friends and family, and having merchandises this explicit might be a reason to hold back for a lot of people. It only is my opinion and my point of view though, I'd be be happy to support you, but I'm not to sure of what I'd do with a fetish apparel.
