A person changed into a vampire that never drank human blood. He just had all those extra parts cause that doctor was fixing him up for decades. That's what that blood flowing towards him then stopping in a circle was earlier in the episode was. He was going to drink, but decided against doing so, because of needing to keep that sense of self.
