I encourage everyone to read these stories, it feels criminal that even my worst artworks surpasses their counter of favorites so go ahead, it's fire emblem and the transformation are nicely written that goes well with this simple story of self discovery that has a happy and fulfilling conclusion for Marianne.
Even if you're not a fan or haven't played Three Houses, you're not missing too much content, it's very easy to understand what's going on beyond that there is a war.
