Episode 2, Update #10
Added 2022-10-09 19:04:24 +0000 UTCThis week I've been cracking on more with the fight system. It's been more work than anticipated but it's progressing. The Standup game and combo selection is completely working, but I didn't get as far with the ground and submission game.
I was contemplating releasing just the standup game for the playtesters, but that alone doesn't quite cut it. I'd rather have you see the complete package to make a better judgement. It's not pretty, but it's working at least.
It is a good time to do all this heavy script work, as my rendering capacity is on hold until the 12th, when the new 4090 goes on sale. If I manage to get my hands on one, it should hopefully increase rendering speed significantly. In the meantime I'll keep working on the fight system and will evaluate again on the 12th.
