Hire a supporting Artist?

Do you think we should hire a supporting artist to supplement ScarlettAnn's art and help speed up the game development process or do you think we should keep things as they are (even though development will continue to remain slow for the foreseeable future)?
Just to be clear, I would only allow a supporting artist who I feel meet a level of quality that would do the game justice and those that are able to emulate ScarlettAnn's art style. They would also only work on supporting illustrations (not important scenes in the game/hot scenes).
