Cassandra the Fox
Added 2021-06-23 02:51:34 +0000 UTCThis piece is a homage to the sketch of Cassandra that I posted on Deviantart, on this day... 18 years ago. It was one of the first anthropomorphic original characters I had drawn, if not the first. The water background is an additional reference to a remake I previously did of this sketch, in 2005. The original images and a sketchy version of the new image are attached and in Dropbox.
Keeping in-tune with the theme of "first times", this is the very first finished image that I have done that was entirely digital. Every other image I have drawn has been based on at least a rough physical sketch that I then scanned into an image editing program. Here, I sketched it up digitally and went from there.
