This is a new form that anyone can use at any time to fill out a commission application. I will make a formal announcement ahead of selecting applications for commission slots.

- Request poll (platinum): New poll! Based on user requests from the "Art Request Form". Gold and Platinum tier subscribers may fill out and edit requests at any time, though only platinum tier gets to vote. To give time for the platinum tier to fill out a little, and to give time for requests to be sent in, this poll will be towards the end of the month.
