Given your particular themes, there's a number of options that arise; mostly in the 'becoming someone else's present' side, but there's also some seasonal sexiness should you want to do Santa's sexy little helpers, or short stacked christmas elves or maybe a raindeer woman with a great rack. However, given the seasonal themes of togetherness and giving of ones self, you could also go the route of a person coming out to a loved one and being accepted, or of the transformation being a gift from their SO. There's other options too, of course. Krampus opens up punishment routes, you could play with the Longest Night aspect and lean into more pagan-y stuff, or just tinker with different culture's riffs on the concept. I don't know if you'd want to go into a bimbo'd version of Zwarte Piet, but a Dutch conspiracy looking to invent a new Santa's helper is a funny hook.

Then... something happens. I'll leave the rest to you.
