Between the Shrouded Peaks: Alpha1.2 Release!

Thanks to everyone who let me work on this project! This is the first Patreon only release. 

This Alpha could be called the "Toolset Update," as it mostly fixes previous content and lays the groundwork for the main loop of the game. To get the game, follow the link below and use the encryption key when prompted. Unzip the file somewhere and find the application, then run it. Please leave a comment if you find any bugs or errors, or if you have a problem running the game or downloading it.

Please do not distribute this game or share it with non-patrons for the moment. It will become available to the public once the next alpha drops.

• New expressions for Autumn, Kihijo, and Dustin

• Concept art for a few endings
• Extended story, dates are now mostly completed and lead to a second day
• Added script for dialog color and font
• Added inventory script and hidden variables to keep track of health, money, reputation, stats, and items
• New phone screen to control content settings

• Characters are now more modest in the first dates
• Some scenes are now animated or run in loops
• Character images match the resolution of the game
• Characters can now be dimmed or flipped more easily
• Some screens are stored in separate files to keep the code clean and make it run more smoothly (this took a long time to fix.)
• A map screen is now in the game's files, but it was beyond the scope of Alpha1.2 to create the asset, so it's not utilized yet.

Fixes

• Fixed a bunch of spelling and grammar errors
• Fixed a code error that would crash the game when running stat screen
• Autumn now doesn't assume you came in a car and doesn't read your mind to know where your money is.
• Dustin's height is fixed
• Solved (some) errors involving the phone screen buttons not being pressable. Right now they just need a few clicks sometimes.
• There's now sfw content paths for every date, it's possible to avoid content you don't wish to see more easily. Previously conversation blocked a few out.
