Rapturous: Pit Raiders DEMO

Hey folks! I'm happy to debut the Pit Raiders Demo. This is my first serious attempt at making a game with no pre-established event handlers or framework, just pure unity and my own code! It's super exciting to see weeks of sweat (and tears) come out to make an actual cohesive program.

I'm nowhere near releasing the first chapter of the game, but the framework of the game is now mostly set and I want to get feedback on the combat system in particular. Please feel free to give me notes and ideas to improve! I have a lot of my own already but I'm always happy to listen to feedback.

Download the file below and unzip the file. Inside you'll find an executable file called RapturousPitRaiders that you can run to start the game. It currently features no save system.

Game Description:

Pit Raiders is a 2D turn-based rpg, the vision of the project is to create a small enclosed world in the Rapturous universe that will reintroduce and complete the original intended plot with some new characters. It will have a somewhat more focused scope than the original Rapturous, having a more linear plot and progression.
This game features several erotic elements, you must be 18 years old to play and viewer discretion is advised.

Future plans:
Pit Raiders will be released on a chapter-by-chapter basis. I may sometimes put out a nightly build to test a new system, but the goal of this project is to prioritize stability and avoid the trappings of my past game attempts.
That being said, this version is only a small portion of what I've worked on, what I could polish up and release for folks to try. I have a somewhat large supply of assets and written story that are ready to be added.
My hope is to release the full chapter 1 before the end of Summer.

(Edit: Reuploaded. A small fix I added earlier today actually causes a catastrophic turn failure. It should hopefully not happen at all, or happen less often now. Dialogue also now works, forgot that it needed to be loaded in a special way.)
