I love that you can tell that the fight is supposed to be epic. There’s a lot of fights like that in the final seasons. If you want to get a feel for what it’s supposed to look like, the manga is free online. Chapters 255-256. Somewhere in that area. After the first movie underperformed, A1 studio dropped it to focus on other shows. The team had to find animators in under a year, they picked Deen who was also busy, which then outsourced it to a third party

New studio with animators lacking in either experience or the time to properly draw will do that to a show.
