Right before Teresa helped get Thomas on the aircraft. She said “I’m sorry”. She felt guilty for everything she did, that’s why I think she didn’t jump. She didn’t wanna live with what she has done to everyone

There always is, but forcing people, like Minho, who had everything taken from them. Not given a chance and forced into a a maze yadda yadda. What the hell? I mean, Thomas wasn’t in the maze very long, and he still was immune no? if you think about Thomas’s character, I’d bet he’d be willing—to save all his friends etc, he’d switch positions with Minho wihtiut a second thought. Because he had a choice. But this is just speculation lol
