Kong is one of the few Kaiju movies in which one wholeheartedly supports the Kaiju and not the humans, hahah. Godzilla is similar, but it's more of a "forces of nature" kind of situation, less about people vs monsters directly. You should watch the newer godzilla movies, mate, the ones that tie into this monsterverse with Kong, they're quite good as well!
